After years of wondering when our turn would come, Sephora finally opens is first doors in Vancouver and Coquitlam Centre, with the Vancouver location boasting over 7,000 square feet of beauty lovers’ paradise.

GLOSS was at the media sneak preview on Thursday night before the public Grand Opening, where we were greeted by friendly staff, a performance by Carly Jespen and, yes, rows upon rows of makeup heaven…We were definitely not disappointed. From Lorac to Kat Von D, Tarte to the affordable and delectable Sephora brand itself, we were had trouble deciding where to begin.

On the plus side, the store is very well staffed and we never seemed to have a problem finding a beauty expert ready and eager to help. While both the stores may be a bit busy for the next few weeks, GLOSS definitely recommends this as a mini getaway for any beauty lover looking to lose themselves for a few hours! Welcome to British Columbia, Sephora — we’ve been waiting for you!
