The long journey to whiter teeth continues on. After having painted on a thin film of goo and applying the slimy tape around your teeth — which, by the way, those ladies in the commercial who are “doing it right now” are totally lying, you cannot talk with those things in your mouth — Listerine has developed a slight variation to those Whitestrips we’ve all come to love. The new Whitening Listerine Quick Dissolving Strips offer the convenience of not having to create a distraction while you try to throw our your used whitening strips out the window. These little guys will dissolve on your teeth within 5-10 minutes of application and are said to whiten your teeth after two weeks with twice daily application.
Verdict: Like it. The concept is interesting but the strips feel gummy and your teeth don’t feel quite clean when they’ve said to have “dissolved.” It’s an interesting idea, with a bit more tweaking; I think version 2.0 could be worth investing in. |
